Every order runs under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Tolerances are agreed in writing in your order confirmation, and a part that does not match the agreed specification is reprinted or refunded. View the certificate.
Direct line, real humans
When you email office@3descu.com the reply comes from someone on our Team page, the same business day. Free engineering review on every uploaded file, mutual NDA on request, signed fast once the text is agreed, photo updates free on request at any production stage.
Any part that does not conform to the agreed specification is reprinted free of charge or refunded. Standing term under Article 5.5 of our Custom Manufacturing Service Contract, not a goodwill gesture. You never pay twice for our mistakes.

Industry platforms add their own margin on top of what the manufacturer is paid. We are the manufacturer. Same ISO 9001:2015 certificate, same legal protection, up to 40% less on your invoice (like-for-like quotes, checked September 2026).

Your lead time is shown with the quote and confirmed with your order. DAP delivery by default, EXW on request, with DPD, GLS, Cargus, FedEx and DHL. Tracking is sent when your parcel ships.
GDPR-compliant file handling
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest in EU storage, and deleted automatically 90 days after upload. Mutual NDA on request, signed fast once the text is agreed.
Our large-format FDM line handles single-piece prints up to 500 mm on every side, so brackets, enclosures, fixtures and short-run end-use parts get printed whole instead of split and bonded. Same dimensional sign-off on every part regardless of size.

Twenty-seven FDM polymers and five SLA resins in stock, plus custom material sourcing for grades our fleet can run. Printing capacity up to 500 x 500 x 500 mm. Layer height down to 0.02 mm on the SLA bench.
